Each rider/group should make their own lodging arrangements for the event. We have an event hotel as well as camping and RV parking available for all days of the event.

Packet pickup and optional breakfast and dinners will be here. They have given us reduced rates, and an extra discount for four night reservations. We have personally met with the General Manager, inspected the inn and rooms in each building and find this former Ramada Inn to be a good lodge.
The Whitten Inn will provide a reduced/discounted rate for only 100 reservations for a FOUR night stay. Reserve your room for four nights by July 28, 2013 and pay only $200, which includes tax.

Camping and Cabin Rental Options: Santee State Park
The Santee State Park is offering us the Lakeshore Campground* area. It features several cabins for rent as well as a 50-site campground suitable for RV’s and tents. These tent sites are very large and can accommodate more than one tent, if you are booking for a group. All options for this area include access to restrooms and showers.
This location is approximately 6 miles away from the Whitten Inn, where all meals will be served, and is also the location for optional steamed oysters on Friday and Saturday, free movies near the campfire and s’mores on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
FestiVELO also provides an optional breakfast at the Lakeshore Campground Pavilion each morning.
*When making reservations, make sure to book at the Lakeshore Campground, not other areas at the State Park.
