$3.00 now, $5.00 walk up, at campfire in RV area

Steamed oysters and Good Ole’ Southern Frogmore stew,

      by campfire near RV area

Steamed oysters are raw oysters that have been cleaned and steamed

Placed on a table and a glove and oyster knife with sauce are provided. Bring your camera; some of the best pictures occur at an oyster roast.

The cost for walk up is high because we do not want to run out. Please sign up

In advance so we can assure an adequate supply. THANK YOU!

Frogmore stew has many varieties, but most include the following, boiled

in a large pot on an open propane fire: corn on cob, seasonings, cabassa,

lots of shrimp, red potatoes, it is typically served on a long table with newspaper as the table cloth and you pick, or it is dished into bowls with ladle, which is how we normally serve. The enhancement of the sweet corn, the limited seasoning, and the bowling all together makes for a unique and enjoyable treat.

$20 now, $30 walk up covers both Frogmore stew and steamed oysters

BEER – when we gain our permit, again, we will offer a beer trailer. Pls email your favorite brand (keg) and we will try and have it on hand. santa@FestiVELO.org at camp Fire near RV. Only Friday and Saturday. You are welcome to bring your own

But please leave empties near the trash cans, not at your tent site or at your car parking space. Thank you.

Rest stops are included as part of all rider fees, and part of all bus fees. You are welcome to stop at any and all rest stops to enjoy Moon Pies and RC cola, Pimento Cheese, warm pretzels, and normal bards, fruits, drinks, and some not so normal treats.

At the parade of boats and fireworks, Saturday night, we have a glass enclosed room, on the water, with happy hour type treats, coffee, and other snacks to fuel your tummy.  This is open to all at no cost.
